Daily Rates include
Fully tastefully furnished and equipped Self Catering Accommodation incl. water and electricity
1 off-street parking bay per unit (remote controlled access through security gates)
Weekly servicing of cottages incl. (bedding, linen, towels, soap)
Full use of garden and swimming pool
End cleaning
Daily Rates exclude
Overnight visitors not booked in advance. They can be accommodated for a charge of ZAR300.-- per person per night

Deposit: We require 50% deposit to secure any booking.
Balance: Remaining 50% due by date of arrival.
Security deposit for keys/interior: A cash deposit from R 5000.00 for the keys/possible extras during your stay –
fully refundable once keys returned.
Min. Rental Period: 7 nights consecutive.
Children older then 12 are welcome. No younger children as our pool is not secured/supervised.
Sorry no pets.
Guest Registration Form to be completed/signed by arrival.
Resident owner/tour operator on site for any guests assistance.
Check-in time: From 1400H. (Exceptions possible)
Check-out time: Until 1100H. (Exceptions possible)
